The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

How are you going to make this day different than yesterday, different than 2017, different than 2010, different than any other day? And the way we do that is through action!??
Action Trump’s words every single time! So many people talk about change however the majority are just talk. Talking is fine but it needs to be backed with action. And not just any type of action but Massive Action!
Because normal type of action will get you normal results. And the average person in the United States is overweight, on some type of medication, sick??, broke, and unhappy.??
So we don’t want to be average! We want to be the best version of ourselves oh, the best Improvement Warrior we can be.
So that is going to require Massive Action on your part! It’s going to require you to actually set goals and then go get them. Don’t wait, the world doesn’t wait for you! The world bends for those people that take the action necessary to change their life, their body, their finances, their children’s lives, their mental state, everything!
If you hit a roadblock, find somebody who can help you pass that roadblock! I’m here to help and there are so many others who can help you. You don’t have to go at it alone!
