    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    We had 29 new PR’s this week. Matched our PR record! Way to end the year!  Nice job, Brandy x 4, Jon x 4, Nadia x 3, Kaitlin x 3, Katie x 2 , Swathi x 3, Rae, Karen x 2, Teresa x 2, , Mike Mag x 2, Mason x 2, Cedric, Corey, Logan, Penelope,  Trace, and Traci!  WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

    A lot of people can get started, however it is the staying at consistent and continuing to do what you need to do in order to change your life. That is the hard part for most people and it will take some time The the harder The Habit the longer it will take. They say the average is around 55 to 60 days. But sometimes it'll take longer and you must just keep pushing forward and keep moving through it.

    There of course is going to be days that you don't want to do it and that is when you must talk do yourself in a positive way. Yourself up. Get yourself out of that funk and get yourself out of that excuses mindset.

    Those are the days that you will find are the most empowering! When you don't want to do it oh, but you showed up and you did it anyway! That is crushing life.
