The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
There’s so many things that can affect our health in a negative way. So it is up to you to be aware, then make the decision of what you need to do to change that negative effector, and then take the action!
And be consistent with it! At all times. Because if you just do it once nothing’s going to change, and and it’s like doing that one workout and then not doing another one for another week or another month another 6 months. Or eating that healthy meal and then the next one you’re eating pizza or you’re eating bread.
So watch the negative things that can affect our health. And a big thing is people! You hang around negative ??people, you hang around people with no aspirations for anything then that is going to affect you oh, that is going to bring you ?down! And you, my friend, YOU are headed to the top!
And you yourself could be a negativeâ influence on yourself. Watch the way you talk to yourself. Journal it, write it down. Would you let other people talk to you the way you talk to yourself. We all do it at certain times. Some people do it more than others.
So be aware, decide to act, then act! And do it over and over and over and over again!
