The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
And crappy or positive mindset happens!
âï¸ The beautiful thing is you have control of which way it goes for both change and for your mindset!
âï¸ So if we have a crappy mindset around anything in our life then we need to find a solution to either eliminate, reduce or change our perception and our feelings around that.
âï¸ One of the best ways to change anything is to have a higher purpose, or a big goal that drives us to stay motivated stay inspired and keep pushing forward!
