The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
This week we had 4 new PRâs. Nice work!
You only can take yourself so far. Everybody needs a coach in some area(s). Let other people's pain, experience, failures, successes be your guide so you don't have to experience everything they went through. Nobody became a champion on their own, and nobody will. It's always a team effort. Life is a team effort. Give it your all and your best and request help when you need it to grow past your current circumstances.
What level ?of you are you on?
Because we do not magically become the person we want to become overnight, there are many different levels and sublevels that we must go through and become. Some levels are harder and some levels we make harder through our actions or non actions and also through our thoughts. Never take a step back always be moving forward. Because if we stop our progress we will fall down, most importantly we will fall down in our mind. Mindset is the most important thing in your life!
