The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
This week we had 6 new PRâs. Nice work!
? greatness is achieved one step in one day at a time. You have what it takes within you nowâ°! It just needs to be developed period day by day. Some days will be tougher and those are the days that we must not give in and we must keep moving forward! Because that is how winning is done!
Personal development? and personal greatness is a lifelong endeavor.

The pain of regret or the pain of discipline. The latter is not a pain at all. It comes in many forms, so you must figure out what works for you…..and be adaptable until you find what works for you.
The disciplined one has an attractive body?. The disciplined one has goals and a purpose for each day.
The disciplined one is happier ?with life and self.
The disciplined one doesn't give a f&*k about what other people think about him/her?. The disciplined one says ‘No' when it will take away from moving forward with their life.
The disciplined one will be more positive and optimistic about life and others.
It is a skill that must be developed. Much like shooting a basketball? or cooking. Again consistency is key.
