The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
This week we had 8 new PRâs. COngrats to all the new PR's this week!
Looking out my window this morning I see 2 people ?1 older man and one older woman?. Both of them walking ?with canes.
Sometimes a cane is necessary. Most of the times it is avoidable. If you don't take care of the you NOW, then the older YOU ?? will suffer.
Strength in our bodies is not a given. We only get this one body. It must be strong to go through this thing called life. They say after the age of 65 theÂ #1Â cause of death is from falls.
Weak bodies do.
Weak minds don't create strong bodies. The body and mind are connected.
If you are not training your body for life you need to start ? and if you are then you never stop.
Strong bodies allows us to grow in all areas of life. A weak body limits us and the things we can do with our self and with others.
There should be no limits on your life.
Get strong, be strong, stay strong????????
