The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

Life sometimes is not as pretty as we wanted to be. Nor as pretty as we make it out to be.
Like I always say, things, obstacles, barricades, blockades, crap??? is going to be thrown your way. This is the ?universe’s way of making people who truly want a better life work for it. Because success is not given to anyone. It is earned through hard work.
However, if you are unfit, and you’re not training???? or working out or exercising and on top of that you are eating a diet high in processed???? Carbage, AKA carbohydrates, or you’re just beating a lot of junk??, then it’s going to be even harder to get out of that cycle and start moving towards a more success full life??.
Because in order to be successful you must be following the universal laws. And an unhealthy body will not get success most people want in life. Success means different things to different people. However our life is not 10 or 20 or 30 years. So we have to think about the older you , and how your actions now are affecting you as an older individual.
Strong body strong life strong mind! This is not a game! This is your life! If you are unhealthy then you need to take a serious look at your life and start to take the necessary actions before things get worse and the longer you wait the harder it will be for you to come out of that cycle and move towards your greatness and success!
