The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
Don't get caught up in the day for the date, get caught up in the action that you need to take to make the changes you want to happen happen.
It doesn't matter how many times you have fallen off. Fall down 7 times get up 8 times that is how you move forward there shouldn't be any quit in you because you are playing a game.
The Game of Life. Sometimes the game throws you a curveball, sometimes your shot is blocked oh, sometimes you pull a hamstring! The thing is you just work around it and you come up with a better action plan to keep moving forward and keep winning where you can win and the losses they will pile up, however those are the learning experiences and those are the things that actually make you better.
So scrap your resolutions! Write down your goals and write down the next action step you need to take to make that goal happen.
It's not going to happen tomorrow oh, if it does then your goal sucks. It's too easy oh, and if it's too easy it's not going to change you. 10x your goals and if you don't make it that's okay because you're going to be further than you were if you didn't do anything. So move forward conquer the day the world ???needs you to shine??? today
