The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

Doing the hard thing in a microwave Society is not the norm. The norm is being unhealthy??, being overweight, not having energy, taking some prescription drug or over the counter drug to fix a problem that our body would naturally fix if we chose the right path.
Life is all about choices and life is all about energy?. If we make the wrong choices it will show up in our life and the universe will take your energy. And that will take your life and that will affect you and other people in your life.
It is time to wake up ??and to show up in every area of our life. It's not about making one thing good. It's about making every single area of our life just a little bit better every single day. Some days will be harder, but that's okay! Those are the days we have to show up because those are the days that are creating are habits and creating our future!???
