    WODIFY PR’S JUNE 18, 2018- HILLIARD FITNESS TRAINING

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week we had 3 new PR’s. It was our transition week with our FitRanX Assessments so not as many times to PR. We will be blowing it up next week!

    ?Doing the little things in life create the big things in your life.

    And everything that we do truly is a little thing because when we think about it how much time do you really spend on these things.? Because one of the big things that we do is are sleep and our work these compromise usually more than 2/3 of our day and our life.

    So if you think of that in terms of an hour workout which is just 4% of your day and that should not be everyday. The body needs rest. And then we eat. Eating people stress out about and they make it a big thing, however it’s really an easy thing. If you come up with the system and you listen to your body. Because your body is going to tell you what’s going on. In that way eating and becoming a nutrition expert is something you need to do because even though it comprises a little portion of your day it can make all your days better or I can make all of them worse. Think about how many times you were going to eat over your lifetime and think of how many times you were going to work out or exercise or train. These are just some of the little things that create the big life!

    The things we do with our family oh, it’s just little things by Little Things because our children are watching and they are growing and learning from things you do on a daily basis. Even though we want to make everything we do a big event, a vacation, going here going there, going to Grandma’s house, whatever it is it’s all just a small portion of our overall life. But it adds up to making our life what we truly wanted to be

      Jason, am I suppose to be on Wodify ?? Some of this is still a little confusing to me ??
      Out of town this week, but plan to be back on friday, so will see you then. Plan to keep doing the exercises I learned when there is some form of repetition daily, along with walking.

        You’re supposed to be tracking on the kiosk at the studio. You’ll get the app once you decide to join. We can show you how to enter on the kiosk at class.
