The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.
We have to stay consistent.
I talk about consistency all the time. Because I believe it is the most important thing when it comes to changing anything in your life?. It’s especially important when you are just starting. And just starting can mean different things for different people. So just starting could be a month for somebody and it could be a year for somebody else.
It all depends on what we are just starting, and it depends on our past. Have we failed with this before? Have we failed many different times with this before?
That’s why it’s so important do not let these days and these holidays take you out of your routine. Especially around your Fitness???? routine. I understand with the holidays there’s ?food ?that’s going to be tempting. It’s okay to have one or two treat meals every once in awhile. However don’t let your training get derailed. It’s okay if you shorten up a little bit or change it up a little bit. But get it done?? That also creates a stronger version of you inside your mind. Mindset is what drives consistency. Also having the goals set up for your life that’s going to help you drive you to the new you and the new life that you are striving for.
It’s a ?ââï¸journeyâ³. Not a Sprint. Climb that mountain. The ?world ?needs you to shine?? today!
Greatness is not born. It’s achieved little by little. Goal by goal. You never know where the next one will lead you to. Never stop.
