The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness and also ourÂ Youth classesÂ in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is theÂ FitRanX assessmentsÂ that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizesâ there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

You have only been here a certain amount of time. Maybe 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 years. However Mother ???Nature has been here for Millions, hundreds of millions of years. It gives life and has given life to every single thing that has walked, flied, swam, etc…..
Mother Nature knows how to help us the best. However in today's ?technological ?era we are getting away from that and it is affecting a lot of people's health?. A lot of trainers, coaches, nutritionist, doctors, all the people we rely on her information and look up to as experts are still saying that be healthy it's 70 to 80% nutrition and the rest is your workouts. In my opinion that is just a bunch of BS.
Because if it was just all of that then every single person who's ever gone on a diet and worked out should have their perfect body and they're perfect health. And we know that is untrue! 75% of the u.s. is overweight or obese with even more people being sick, and sad thing is some of those sick people don't even know!
The body is self-healing and self-regulating. The more we connect with nature and get away from these technological Terrors that we have constructed then the better our health will be.
For a lot of people it will be a major change because so many people are addicted to their phones, to the television, to there video games. Because it is just like an addiction like cigarettes or drugs or caffeine. Or sugar! Because of the same areas of the brain are being affected and keeping you addicted!
So the first step is awareness. Be aware of where your current health is and take a look at how much time you actually spend with Mother Nature!
