    Food log through 7.10.15-7.12.15

    7.10 Friday Day 12 Cleanse 

    1st Happy 1st Birthday to my Daughter Spencer Li Yun (SLY)

    Spencer Yun is a keto and paleo baby- Stay strong

    Meal 1 800 am

    • Ionix Supreme 1 oz
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp OCO
    • 1 Keto pancake
    • Cabbage, swiss chard, and parsley
    • 2 tbsp sauerkraut
    • 2 tbsp EVOO

    Meal 2—- 100 pm

    • Steamed veggies – Cabbage and Broccoli
    • 1 avocado
    • salad
      • 4.5 tbsp EVOO + vinegar and mustard
      • 1/2 cup black olives
      • 1 egg
      • 1 can sardines
      • 4 handful mixed greens

    Meal 3—- 400 pm 

    • Bulletproof green tea
      • 1 tbsp OCO

    Meal 4—- 600 pm

    Daughter's Birthday Dinner at FlipSide

    • Naked 3 little pigs burger- shared with daughter
      • 7 oz grassfed beef
      • Pork belly
      • 5 strips bacon
      • Pulled pork
      • cheese

    Meal 5—- 1100 pm 

    • Ice Cream
      • 1 scoop Isalean Protein
      • 2 tbsp OCO
      • 3 tbsp peanut butter

    My training from Friday 7.10.15

      • No training today

     

     

    7.11.15 Saturday  Day 13 Cleanse

    Meal 1 745 am

    • 1 Keto pancake with 3 tbsp butter

     

    Meal 2 1030 am 

    • Same meal as Friday without avocado
        • Steamed veggies – Cabbage and Broccoli
        • salad
          • 4.5 tbsp EVOO + vinegar and mustard
          • 1/2 cup black olives
          • 1 egg
          • 1 can sardines
          • 4 handful mixed greens

    Meal 3 345 pm

    • 2 Keto pancakes with 2 tbsp butter

    Meal 4 500-700 pm – Daughter's Birthday Party- munching throughout

    • Tomato and mozzarella sandwich x 3
    • Lots of other cheeses– Too much, way too much
    • Lots of fruits
    • Lots of veggies with gauc

    Daughter had cake (first time in life for sugar and gluten) that night threw up and had fever of 101. Negative power of sugar– it's a drug.

    Meal 5 1100 pm

    • Ice cream
    • 3 tbsp peanut butter
    • 2 tbsp OCO
    • 1 tbsp coconut flour
    • 1 scoop vanilla isalean

    Training from Saturday

    • :45 Yoga

     

    7/12 Sunday  Day 14 Cleanse

    Meal 1 830 am

    • Ionix Supreme
    • Natural accelerator
    •  Shake
      • 1 scoop Isalean Shake
      • 3 tbsp EVOO
      • 4 oz water
      • 1 cup coconut milk
      • 1 tbsp chia
      • 2 handfuls kale, spinach, chard
      • ginger
    • 2 100% chocolate square

     

    Meal 2 1130 pm

    • 1.5 eggs
    • 2 tbsp OCO
    • .5 tbs butter
    • Leeks and collards
    • 2 tbsp EVOO
    • 2 tbsp Sauerkraut

    Meal 3 400 pm 

    • 2 eggs
    • 3 tbsp ghee
    • Cabbage and Rainbow Chard
    • 1 tbsp EVOO

    Meal 4 830 pm

    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp ghee
    • 1 Keto pancake
      • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
    • Steamed veggies- Red Cabbage, Carrots, green beans
