• Traveling & Work Seminar While Cleansing- The Warrior Way

Columbus and Hilliard Nutritionist and meal plans

So from Thursday-Sunday I was on a road trip for a seminar in Pine Mountain, GA. The seminar was Enlightened Warrior Training. And it was awesome! My nutrition changed a little but I still got my Keto on and my Isagenix Cleansing on……No Treats just because your away from your normal routine. All it takes is planning and a mindset of I will not FAIL, Because I AM PREPARED!

Got questions about nutrition or what I’m eating, leave a comment.

At this time it sounds like Movable Type is the best blogging platform out there right now. (from what I’ve read) Is that what you’re using on your blog?
