Traveling & Work Seminar While Cleansing- The Warrior Way

So from Thursday-Sunday I was on a road trip for a seminar in Pine Mountain, GA. The seminar was Enlightened Warrior Training. And it was awesome! My nutrition changed a little but I still got my Keto on and my Isagenix Cleansing on……No Treats just because your away from your normal routine. All it takes is planning and a mindset of I will not FAIL, Because I AM PREPARED!

Food log through 7.16.15-7.19.15 DAY 18, 19, 20, 21 Isagenix 30-Day Cleanse
Thursday 7.16.15- Travel Day
This day I drove for 12 hours from Columbus, OH to almost Columbus, GA– Pine Mountain, GA. It was only supposed to be about 10, but bad traffic outside of Columbus and Cincinnati.
Meal 1 820 am (wake up 710 am)
Natural accelerator

Steamed Carrots and Brussel Spouts
Scrambled eggs x 3
2.5 tbsp butter
‘Ice Cream’
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop isalean protein
1 tbsp EVOO
salt and spices
Meal 2—- 1145 am
salad from Panera Cobb with Avocado, brought my own dressing 🙂
4 tbsp EVOO, 2 tbsp vinegar, mustard
Meal 3– 600 pm
Avocado Egg Salad
2 eggs
1 avocado
2 tbsp Butter and EVOO
Meal 4- 900 pm
2 Keto Pancakes

Mobility work and foam rolling to try and undo the effects of all that sitting.
Friday 7.17.15
Meal 1 750 am (wake up 633)

3 oz roast beef
1 slice cheese

Lower body AMRAP 15:00

Saturday 7.18.15- Day 19 cleanse
Meal 1 730 am (wake up 630)

2 pieces 100% chocolate bar
Meal 3– 345 pm

Meal 4- 800 pm (Post workout)

Tai Chi (from the event)
Upper body training
Decline pushups and band rows and band overhead presses. 6 sets of each.
Sunday 7.19.15- Day 20 cleanse
Meal 1 730 am (wake up 630)

Monday 7.20.15- Day 21 cleanse
Drove through night getting home around 530 am

3 tbsp sauerkraut

Bulletproof herbal tea

Just foam rolling and mobility work
Tuesday 7.21.15- Day 22 cleanse

5 protein bars (finished them off)

Isagenix Isalean Shake– with 3 tbsp EVOO
Meal 3– 430 pm
