I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?'
Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.

Today's Transformation Friday goes to Shye Petersen, all because she said Yes to our Superfood and Nutritional cleansing program.
Here's what Ashley has to say about it below:
About 8 months ago, I had just finished pumping 6-7 times a day for a year. I literally felt like the pump had sucked everything out of me. I was exhausted and depleted. I decided to give the system my dad and step mom had been using for over 2 years a try because I desperately needed some nutrition in my body.
I am so grateful I did it because I feel like the best version of myself came as a result! I've gained 11 lbs of lean muscle, I feel strong and stand confident. Nutrition makes such a difference and I won't go a day without this superior nutrition in my life!
