    It is Transformation Friday!!

    I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?’

    Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.

    Without a mindset change, it is not possible to succeed at transforming whatever you want to transform. Luckily, I can help you with both the mental & physical transformation!

    Let’s take a look at this week’s transformation…

    Pete Antinore

    Today’s Friday transformation comes from Pete Antinore all because he said Yes to our nutritional cleansing and superfoods program.

    In his words…

    “Alright so here’s the deal- I spent most of my 20’s believing you could outwork a bad diet, and I was doing a pretty good job but in my wise old age I’ve come to find out that’s not quite true.

    After eventually giving in to my wife Gillian (yes she was right, but let’s not tell her that) I gave these products a shot and here I am using them 4 years later. It’s funny because people often ask ‘Are you still doing that thing?’ Butttt it’s pretty simple when you find something that works you stick with it. I’ve used these products for bulking up, trimming down, training for marathons, and pretty much every other health goal I’ve set for myself.

    These two pics show you what I’ve been up to over the last five months. In the winter I was working hard to gain muscle (bulking season bro) and when summer hit, it was time to lean out. And here’s the thing- my workouts didn’t change and my nutrition didn’t change (still used the same nutritional cleansing products, still had some beers and wings every week) #balance. The only thing that changed was how I used the products.

    And that’s what I’ve come to appreciate the most about this program. It’s got the versatility to help me bulk up or lean down based on how I use the products and it’s that same versatility that lets me help other people hit their own goals every day.     Taiya

    Taiya, is today’s Transformation Friday. All because she said Yes to our nutritional cleansing and superfood program.

    Her story:

    I wanted to share a bit about my journey.

    Before cleansing, I could barely walk. I developed a foot disorder in both feet that made it almost unbearable to go up and down my stairs, let alone get through an 8 hour shift at work. I was tired all the time and couldn’t play with my kids the way I wanted to. I wasn’t living, barely surviving. I had tried other plans before and was somewhat successful, but couldn’t keep the weight off.

    Very shortly into my journey, I knew this was different! After 3 days, I could walk up my stairs without crying.

    Fast forward to today and I’m down 114 lbs, but not done yet! This has given me the energy and motivation to get up every morning at 4 am and get to the gym. I’m able to run and play with my kids. I can be the wife and mother I always wanted to be and I look forward to the future and helping as many other people feel as fantastic as I do.

    All starting points will incorporate the vital mindset shift training as well.

    No matter which option you decide to start with I will follow up with you with the other because it is all inclusive. Can’t be your best with just one and not the other.

    I realize some people are at a point where they cannot physically workout, if that is your situation, that is ok, we will use nutrition until you are able to.
