It is Transformation Friday!!
I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?'
Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.

Let's take a look at this week's transformation
Today's transformation comes from Laura! All because she said Yes to our nutritional cleansing program.
Here is her story:
“30 days, just give it 30 days…” Words of my sister repeated over and over in my head. After about 2 months of going back and forth and seeing her results, I decided to give it a shot. I was embarrassed by my appearance and knew it was time to make a change and finally do something for myself.
As every mom is with kids, you live for their schedule and rarely have time for yourself. But nutritional cleansing made it really easy for me to make the right choices. I'm fueling my body with proteins and eating clean. Something I NEVER thought I would ever be willing to do before. But I fell in love with the results and continued past my first 30 days. So far I lost 24 lbs and 29″ overall. I have more energy and most importantly feel amazing.
I cannot thank my sister enough for coaching me through this journey and for her and my husbands support pushing me every step of the way. And I'm not done yet! If I could do this anyone with determination and the want can accomplish the same.”
