“That picture of me in the pink shirt is from my 30th birthday, last year, April 1st, 2016! ?? I was post baby, and eating horrible and just not taking proper care of myself.
Fast forward ? 1 year, been through hell with my health, learned a lot about my body and what's up. Learned that I needed to make changes in my lifestyle for a better, healthier me. I've been now doing Nutritional Cleansing for 30 days, and I am not stopping there! This was the BEST choice for me to be the best Mommy I can for my daughter. I'm not recommending wine and desserts every day or not working out, but a lot of people just need to START where they are and progress from there. I used to have to eat 3 treat meals a week then as I became a stronger me and felt better & better I was able to get rid of some things. >>This is a journey<< START!

SERIOUSLY MIND BLOWN!!!
18 months of using these products I still wake up in shock!! ?? I have only done 2 yoga sessions since being in Bali (and it was only Priyanka breathing, not even Vinyasa!). I have NOT TRAINED ONCE since I left Sydney 2 weeks ago. (Don't look at my biceps fading away I know).
I only trained maybe 3 times in the month before I left ?? NOT BY CHOICE but from a heap of stuff that was going on in my life, mind, and body – I mentally couldn't get myself there. So I have made sure I have consistently been using my supplements while having to eat out every day (cause I have no option to cook in Bali!), drinking when I want to (cause let's be honest, wine is amazing) and having dessert with every meal (check my Instagram story for constant food spam!) and I STILL WAKE UP FEELING SO GOOD with NO BLOAT!!!!!
It's a no brainer folks!!! I am not saying no exercise is good – I am saying when life gets in the way – your body can still FEEL amazing when you supplement it right!!
I WILL NEVER STOP Drinking my shakes EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!
