    It is Transformation Friday!!

    I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?’

    Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.

    Without a mindset change, it is not possible to succeed at transforming whatever you want to transform. Luckily, I can help you with both the mental & physical transformation!

    Let’s take a look at this week’s transformation…

    Alexandra Fuller

    This Friday Transformation shout out goes to Alexandra Fuller! She is a rock star! This mom of 3 shares:

    “A healthy relationship with food needs to move beyond weight gain, beyond fat loss, beyond fitting into an ideal. Start viewing food as a means through which you attain and sustain a healthier body that allows you to DO more, LAUGH more, MOVE more, LOVE more, and PLAY more… Eat to fuel your body, feel awesome AND enjoy your food… eat not-so-healthy-food every now and then for no other reason than “I want to” and balance those times with healthier times.

    I didn’t get where I am today with pills, wraps, counting calories, points, cutting out sugar, carbs or both, working out as if my life depended on it, or trying out the latest fad diet.

    I got where I am by following a simple holistic nutrition program and eating healthy whole foods. I wanted a lifestyle that my husband and kids could do with me. I wanted a lifestyle where I didn’t have to worry about living at the gym 24/7. I wanted a lifestyle with minimal food prep.I wanted a lifestyle where I gained energy, naturally, so I could stop living off of coffee.

    I wanted a lifestyle where I still can enjoy life, go out to breakfast with my grandmother twice a week and enjoy occasional date nights with my husband or a girls night out with my friends and not worry about eating a cheeseburger or having a beer.”

    Tonight’s Friday Transformation goes to Jen Gardner and her husband. Combined 180 pounds gone, and she joined our 100 pound Club all because they said Yes to our Nutritional Cleansing and Superfood program!

    ‘This guy and I decided to change our lives…we didn’t take a “before” picture because honestly, we didn’t believe there would be an “after” photo. Glad we were wrong! It took us a couple months of starting to live healthier before we kicked it into high gear when we found these superfoods, but the journey started here’.

    No matter which option you decide to start with I will follow up with you with the other because it is all inclusive. Can’t be your best with just one and not the other.

    I realize some people are at a point where they cannot physically workout, if that is your situation, that is ok, we will use nutrition until you are able to.
