I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?'
Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.I

‘I just finished my 3rd Challenge!! It was probably the best and most difficult challenge yet!! As most of you know I started because I was 320 pounds, overweight, unhealthy and struggling to get pregnant. I had a stillbirth three years ago and been trying ever since.
This challenge, I ended up pregnant after three years of trying, it was the absolute best thing ever. Unfortunately, I lost the baby at 8 weeks along. But it makes me have so much more faith in what I am doing and to know I am in the right place and my body is working!!
I have had some ups and downs this challenge but I am incredibly hopeful for the future!

‘Never Give Up!!
I’m not sure where to even begin. 11 years ago I was at the heaviest point in my life. 6 years ago I had major back surgery, and was at the lowest point in my life. Then I was introduced to my nutritional program. It changed my life forever. I was in the best shape of my life, healthiest I had ever been, and was selected as a Finalist in July of 2015.
In 6 months I had released over 50 pounds, and life was amazing, or at least I thought. Over the next 4 years life happened. I continued to fight to live a healthy lifestyle, but it became harder and harder as my personal life was falling apart.
My weight ballooned up to 178 pounds. I had gained more than half my weight back and was afraid I was going to gain it all back. But through it all, I kept drinking my shakes and taking my Ionix for stress.
I finally got divorced a year ago, and things started getting better. Over the next couple of months, I started thinking of how I could get my health back. For the past 3 years I’ve wanted to enter a physique competition, but was never in the proper mind frame to do it.
Then in April of this year, I decided it was time. So on June 11th, I started prepping for my competition that took place this past weekend. After 20 weeks I looked in the mirror to see the reflection in the middle picture. It’s hard for me to believe this is me. I’m 57 and in the best shape of my life.'
All starting points will incorporate the vital mindset shift training as well.
No matter which option you decide to start with I will follow up with you with the other because it is all inclusive. Can't be your best with just one and not the other.
I realize some people are at a point where they cannot physically workout, if that is your situation, that is ok, we will use nutrition until you are able to.
