It is Transformation Friday!!
I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?'
Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.
Without a mindset change, it is not possible to succeed at transforming whatever you want to transform. Luckily, I can help you with both the mental & physical transformation!

His story:
‘When I started my first challenge on July 24th of last year, I created a vision outlining where I wanted to go with my health. I had no idea how long it would take because I was committed to change!!!!
Embracing the transformation challenge process allowed me to compete against my myself and the contest. I needed something that would hold me accountable to my vision.
My goal was to get back to my college football playing days, 6’2 225 pds. Well I am happy to say, I reached my goal but want more….215-218 leaned out ready to walk across the stage (if I get the call) representing all of those athletes that lost their way, gained weight, and felt like their health is beyond fixing.
I am here to tell you, do not give up, do not quit on yourself! The athlete is within you and your body will respond just make it priority and listen to what it’s telling as you.
Your life will change in so many ways just make the commitment…. and never look back!!!!!
All starting points will incorporate the vital mindset shift training as well.
No matter which option you decide to start with I will follow up with you with the other because it is all inclusive. Can't be your best with just one and not the other.
I realize some people are at a point where they cannot physically workout, if that is your situation, that is ok, we will use nutrition until you are able to.
