It is Transformation Friday!
I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?'
Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.
Without a mindset change, it is not possible to succeed at transforming whatever you want to transform. Luckily, I can help you with both the mental & physical transformation!
Let's take a look at this week's transformation
Today's transformation comes from Chris Parry, all because he decided to say Yes to our nutritional cleansing system.
Here is Chris' story:
‘Through my journey my why has transformed as much as my body and mind. In the beginning, I was mostly concerned with transforming my body for myself and my family in order to be present in their lives. Now, my hopes are to inspire others to do as I have done and transform themselves for the better. I feel if I inspire just one person to enroll into the challenge or to stick with the challenge to the end then I have accomplished so much!!!

Today's transformation shout out goes to Shaunna Menard. Girl set her body fat on fire???? all because she said Yes to our nutritional cleansing program. I think this is so helpful for so many of us who don't see the pounds drop as quickly as others and get discouraged easily!
Here are Shaunna's words:
“Don't let the scale discourage you from your dreams. You are better than that. As you shift your body composition, build beautiful lean muscle and cleanse off toxic fat, release visceral fat and so much more… the scale doesn't reflect all of this. Know that you are doing something nice for you. Don't make the common error in judgment that if the scale isn't budging that nothing is happening.
Just off a coaching call and thought I should post my before and after photos again for this important reminder. (Take those photos and measurements and check in with your energy, mood, sleep, joy level etc.etc. too)
