It is Transformation Friday!!
I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?'
Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.I

Today's Friday Transformation comes from Chelsey Daubner all because she said Yes to our superfoods and nutritional cleansing program. She is correct- the scale is useless and stupid.
‘One year gains progress.
FYI I weigh the same in both photos.
That scale is the devil. Go by fit not a stupid number.
If I went by the number I'd be discouraged and defeated.
If I went by the number I would say “it's not working”
But ummm, these photos don't lie y'all.

Fear often prevents one from changing..
The problem with fear is that it does not help one improve or better a situation. It keeps you at a standstill.
I used to live in fear and excuses.. For almost three decades, this mindset created a repetitive cycle of stress, binge eating, weight gain, and fatigue..
An unhealthy lifestyle not only hurt my health, but my relationship with other people. The chronic stress, fatigue, and insecurity with my weight made me a very unhappy person.
It was not until I dropped my excuses and fear, that things changed.
I made a list of reasons WHY, and I thought of them every day. I still do!
Even through hard times and obstacles, I stuck with the system because it vastly improved not only my health, but my mindset.
Today, I am not only 80 lbs lower and 6 dress sizes smaller, but I am no longer living in fear. Because of this change, I have been able to experience opportunities I never thought imaginable!!!
I am living instead of just existing.
And this is something YOU can do too.
It starts with the belief in yourself and your WHY.
All starting points will incorporate the vital mindset shift training as well.
No matter which option you decide to start with I will follow up with you with the other because it is all inclusive. Can't be your best with just one and not the other.
I realize some people are at a point where they cannot physically workout, if that is your situation, that is ok, we will use nutrition until you are able to.
