    It is Transformation Friday!!

    I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?'

    Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.

    Without a mindset change, it is not possible to succeed at transforming whatever you want to transform. Luckily, I can help you with both the mental & physical transformation!

    Let's take a look at this week's transformation…

    Allison Lund

    Today's Transformation Friday comes from Allison Lund all because she said Yes to our superfoods and cleanse.

    ‘The first picture was prompted by a mentor. It was a “go take the picture and begin” conversation.

    I took the picture. I could barely muster a smile at myself in the mirror as I forced myself to document my appearance.

    I wasn’t ready to begin. I was in so much pain: physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. But I wasn’t ready to begin.

    It took more, believe it or not. It took 3 months more pain, discomfort, embarrassment, depression, anxiety, etc. Before I decided it was enough.

    So often we think

    ”I should be ready”

    “I should start today”

    “I should eat healthy”

    “I should start exercising”

    “I should take better care of myself”

    Stop “should-ing” on yourself.

    Do I wish I would have started sooner? Absolutely. But I’m so glad I took this picture, even though I wasn’t ready, because it reminds me of where I was. I’m thankful for that woman who was brave enough to begin, give myself grace to get ready, and REALLY begin in January (almost two years ago).

    The smile says it all. I can look in the mirror and not hate what I see. Better yet, I can sit with myself in silence and be at peace. Even more, I am HAPPY AND HEALTHY at the same time for the first time in my life! Maybe you’re ready.Maybe you think you should be.

    Either way, it doesn’t hurt to find something that works, find a mentor and make a plan. That way when you’re actually ready you can hit the ground running.

    Get ready, Because once you’re really ready! The sky is the limit.

    Today's Transformation Friday comes from B.J Rice. Amazing how fast change can happen.


    ‘A year and a half ago, I was stuck. Not just stuck at an unhealthy weight, stuck in every area of my life. At 5’2 and weighing over 200 lbs brought on plenty of physical limitations, my body hurt all over, I was physically and emotionally exhausted. Less than 18 months ago, I was convinced change wasn’t possible for me. I think the feeling of hopelessness is probably one of the most horrible feelings in the world, and that is exactly where I was at in my life. I was living as a victim, every day I was in the “oh poor me” mentally, I made excuses and blamed everything and everyone else for my problems. I was in complete denial that I was 100% responsible for my declining health. Getting real with myself was the first step to my transformation. Taking responsibility and understanding that I got me there and I was the only one who could get me out. (This was a huge realization for me!)


    The cleanse and superfoods gave me the tools to finally break my negative relationship with food, it gave me the energy to start moving my body again and it has also given me a sustainable way to balance my nutrition in the most beautiful way! It is so liberating to not allow food to control me anymore! I am in control and that feels amazing!


    At 42 years old, I am stronger, happier & healthier than I was at 22. How incredible is that?

    No matter which option you decide to start with I will follow up with you with the other because it is all inclusive. Can't be your best with just one and not the other.

    I realize some people are at a point where they cannot physically workout, if that is your situation, that is ok, we will use nutrition until you are able to.
