I've recently been doing some training vlog videos up on my youtube channel. So I thought I would include it here on the blog as well.
We never recommend someone starting off train more then 3 times a week (with our type of Improvement Warrior Fitness workouts- strength and conditioning), at least until the body is acclimated and that initial OMG soreness has passed.
I have built up to training this way. I've been training regularity since 1992. The only extended breaks I've taken was 3 months (wrist injury), 10 days (wrist injury), and 9 months (Back injury and sciatica). I mention this not to impress you, but to impress upon you the idea that fitness is a lifestyle. It's not something you do because you want to lose weight or get in shape. It's something you do because your body, mind and spirit know that you can't be your best self without it.
