    Come out and enjoy this free, festive Columbus tradition workout.

    Bring a friend or two, or if you have family in town bring them too!

    Your ticket in is a new wrapped toy for a child. You can bring more then one. Toys will be for both girls and boys and will be up to age 12.

    All fitness  levels are welcome. All exercises can be modified based on current fitness/strength levels and for any current restrictions/injuries. 
    For the fitness workout @ 1000 am, all exercises are based off of interval training, so it is time based so you do what you can. 
    Wear your favorite Christmas/Holiday gear. Ugly Sweaters make excellent workout gear for this workout.

    What to expect and how to register

    1. Class is 50-55 minutes long. 
    2. Full body workout using time based training. Will scorch body fat and calories and will pump you up.
    3. YOU- Helping out the local  Columbus area children and families in need.
