Vinyasa yoga is where movement is synchronized to the breath. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

It is still in the practice of meditation in motion, which will change your body, spirit and mind. It is physical movement combined with poses and holds that focus equally on balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and mobility.
There are no prerequisites for strength or flexibility. Everything is modifiable for your level. Anybody can experience the benefits that Cheryl has to offer with her Vinyasa Flow.
