    It’s time to workout with a pumpkin once again!
    Improvement Warrior Fitness is once again proud to offer it’s 5th Annual Pumpkin Workout & Halloween Party for charity. All proceeds will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters.
     
    The workout will start at 600 pm and last about 45 minutes, but the party will just be warming up as we have an awesome Halloween party afterwards!
    Recommendations for picking your pumpkin (YES, You will be working out with a pumpkin!)
    • Men- Pick a pumpkin between 12-20 pounds depending on your strength level
    • Women- Pick a pumpkin between 8-15 pounds depending on your strength level
    • Teens 14+- Pick a pumpkin between 8-15 pounds
    • Kids 6-13- Pick a pumpkin between 4-12 pounds
     
    The event will be like none other before. Not just a workout, but an event- YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS!

    Workout with a pumpkin! It’s fun, it’s something you probably haven’t done before, it’s an experience, it’s for an awesome cause!
     

    Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported relationships that change their lives for the better. They match caring adults with at-risk youth throughout central Ohio that are in need of a friend. For more than 75 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has served thousands of children through its mentoring programs.  Currently, over 1500 central Ohio children are waiting for their Big Brother or Big Sister to create that bond of friendship and help them achieve success!


     


    Lets help them create, monitor and maintain over 3,000 mentoring relationships of High-Risk and At-Risk Kids in 2013. 

     
    Our previous 4 Pumpkin workouts have raised $1720! So Thank You!

    Halloween is also that time you get to dress up in your favorite costume!
    The Pumpkin workout and party is no exception! It of course is optional. But it makes for a much more fun day!

    Halloween Party Time!
    Halloween is known as the time for costumes, candy, scary movies, and Halloween parties! At Improvement Warrior Fitness it is no different!
     
    After you workout with a pumpkin it’s party time!
     
    Music will be supplied by DJ Rick (aka Coach Rick during the actual workout 🙂

    Food will be supplied by (TBA- Possible- Kroger, Jimmy John’s, Penn Station, Donato’s and Jason Yun)
    Alcohol provided by TBA
    Healthy and your typical Halloween fare!
     
    Activities to keep you having fun all night long will be provided.
    Burpees will not be seen during the party 🙂

    Details:
    What: The 5th Annual Improvement Warrior Fitness Halloween Pumpkin Charity Workout & Party
    When: Friday, October 25th, 2013 @ 6:00-9:00 (or whenever) pm
    Where: Improvement Warrior Fitness Hilliard Studio, 4601 Leap Ct, Hilliard, OH 43026 (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)


    Cost: Minimum Donation $15. 100% of donations will go to Big Brothers Big Sisters. You can donate more then $15, or less, but the minimum to attend the workout is $15.
    Dunk tank donations will be $5 for 3 throws, $10 for 6 throws, each $1 above $10 will result in 1 extra throw.
    How to register and Make your donation: Fill out the form above on the right. You will receive an email on how to donate online. Bringing cash or check to the event is fine. If you cannot attend but still want to donate please make check out to  IWF Charity Workout.
