We have joined Revolution For A Cause- All the Fitness Revolution training studios in North America (more then 100, Improvement Warrior Fitness is part of the FR Nation) is joining hands together to raise at least $200,000 and/or volunteer 20,000 hours to local charities. We have through June 30th to do it!
Our charity of choice is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for IWF and Big Brothers big Sisters for our Youth Program- Athletic Revolution-Hilliard.
