Well I am taking the plunge.
Now I'm not leaving or having an actual retirement from nutrition and fitness. Because it is important, however it is not as important as your light environment. Especially if you already have a disease, or are already unhealthy in any way.
As I mentioned in the video most diseases are of mitochondria basis and not genetic. If you have messed up mitochondria then controlling your light environment is even more important.
You may not have noticed that this past week on social media was the first week that I posted more content about light then I did with fitness and nutrition combined.
You can expect more of that. Your light environment is also the most important factor when it comes to your circadian biology, which is the #1 most important thing to get right for your health.
