    [RECIPE] Paleo Warm Apple 🍎 😍 ‘Granola' Goodness


    My favorite recipe of all time. I've basically been eating this everyday since apples came into season and I've had them in stock. Sadly just a couple more weeks of this being in-season. Then it's back to hardcore keto.

    • Slice apples. I use about 10-13 oz of apples.
    • Air fry or bake until apples get soft. I use air fry for 20-22 minutes at 350 degrees.


    -1-1.31 oz butter
    -1.50-1.80 oz natural peanut butter
    -1.50 oz organic canned coconut milk
    -1-1.31 oz honey
    Cinnamon optional

    Instructions Continued

    • Once apples done, shred up in food processor. Just 4-6 1/2 second pulses. You don't want to turn them into applesauce. Big to medium chunks of apple is what we want.
    • Then dump crushed apples back into baking dish.
    • Add 1 oz pumpkin seeds and 1-1.5 oz walnuts or approved nut.
    • Add the sauce over top. Mix and enjoy.
