Here’s a great recipe for you for this Halloween season. This recipe can be either Paleo or Ketogenic.
Give it a go. It’s yummy and easy to do on the road or on the go.
- 1 1/2 cups coconut flour
- 3/4 cup pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp almond butter
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- Stevia- to taste
