I have no intention to lose weight on this cleanse, and hopefully will put on some weight. My goal is to cleanse my body of visceral fat– the fat stuck around the organs…this is the worst fat you can have as it causes the most damage and inflammation to the gut and organs.
Tuesday 6.30.15
Meal 1 830 am (wake up time 730 am)
- 1 oz Ionix Supreme
- Shake-
- 2/3 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 oz almond milk
- 1 scoop Isalean Shake
- 1/2 Scoop Isapro protein
- Salt + cinnamon
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- Veggie soup
- 8 oz veggie broth
- 1 tbsp OCO
- Collards
- Leeks
- Carrot
Meal 2—- 130 pm
- ‘Ice Cream'
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 12 almonds
- 1 scoop isalean chocolate
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- salt
- cinnamon
Meal 3 430 pm
- 2 eggs
- 1 bacon
- 1 tbsp bacon grease
- 3 tbsp ghee
- Collards and Leeks and mushrooms
Meal 4 1015 pm Post workout
- ‘Ice Cream'
- 1 scoop Isalean Chocolate whey
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 2.5 tbsp OCO
- 1 egg
- 1tbsp butter
- salt
