Yesterday was my first cleanse day of the 30-day cleanse challenge from Isagenix.
I'm not going to post the actual times I ate them at because I don't remember 🙂 I'm just going to post the video I made from my previous cleanse. The only thing different I do is I add to 100% chocolate squares to the routine. Isagenix recommends IsaDelights Chocolate so I just replaced with the 100% chocolate.
My training for this cleanse day was 45 minutes of Yoga.
Thursday 7.2.15 Day 4 of cleanse
Meal 1Â 830 am (wake up time 700 am)
Yes, if you add it all together this meal contains a total of 130 grams of fat. You need to treat your fat like the USDA wants you to treat your carbs and vice versa. That is the way to health!!!
