Meal 1 800 am
- 2 Keto Pancakes
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 scoop isalean protein shake
- almond flour and flax seed flour
- chia seeds
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp ghee
- Mixed veggies- Rainbow Chard and Cabbage
- 1 100% chocolate square
Meal 2—- 200 pm post-workout. Usual don't go this long between meals, but it's very easy to do on Keto 🙂
- Keto Ice Cream
- 2 tbsp OCO
- 1tbsp EVOO
- 2.5 tbsp almond butter
- 2/3 scoop aspire whey protein
- salt
- cinnamon
Meal 3 430 pm
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 tbsp goat cheese
- mixed veggies same as above
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp sauerkraut
Meal 4 900 pm-
- Salad
- 3 handfuls of greens- kale, swiss chard, spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 oz goat cheese
- 3 oz chicken (mixed)
- 1/2 cup olives
- 3 tbsp EVOO and 1 tbsp garlic vinegar
- cauliflower

- Yoga 15 minutes morning- 715 am
- Yoga 45 minutes evening- 530 pm
- Barbell Squat- 100 pm
- 185 x 6
- 225 x 5
- 255 x 4
- 275 x 3
- 295 x 1 x 2
- Barbell Good mornings
- 135 x 7
- 165 x 5
- 185 x 5 x 2
- Super set- 4 rounds
- Prowler pushes x 90. 20 yards walk, 20 yards sprint
- Rope slams x 20 reps
