When you fall off with your health that is when you become average.
You stay like a little bitch.

Light is that one thing that dictates our circadian biology more than anything.
Light Light Light. Good light from the sun.
Blue light is most prevelant of the day at sunrise, but it is always accompanied with red light.
Who are you? What are you?
You have to be healthy in order to fight for your best self.
Your best life.
You are an influencer.
Your circle may be small or large but 1 person can change the world.
We have to seperate ourselves from the little bitches that take us down.
Whether that is a person, place, thing, your self talk, a tv show, a politician, etc……..
There are habits that will make us better. Number one get that sun's blue and red light on your skin and your eyes.
Melanopsin are our blue light antenna—-it is our morning coffee.
So use it to get up, get out, and get to changing…….YOU and then those around you.
We need better humans.
