    Ingredients:

    • 8 oz water
    • 2 tbsp natty PB
    • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1.5 scoops of Isapro grassfed protein
    • .5 scoops ionix supreme
    • 1/4 tsp activated charcoal
    • 1 raw duck egg
    • 1 tbsp rodelle baking cocoa
    • Pink himalyan sea salt and cinammon

    Macros:

    • 743 calories
    • 16 carbs (11 net)
    • 64 fat
    • 36 protein
