What I’m talking about is a nutritional cleanse. Or detox. Or toxin destruction mission. Whatever you want to call it. FAQ #2:Â Do I have to drink some weird concoction that tastes awful?
 Answer: NO! This isnât about blasting your system and spending your weekend on the toilet. Nor is it a quick fix.
The Cleanse Challenge is more of what is termed an âelimination diet.â The idea is to pull out certain foods that are both addictive and toxic to your body. Thatâs not to say you canât ever eat them again. No, we just want to give your body a break so it can heal itself internally. When that happens we see people lose incredible amounts of body fat, inches, and weight and see huge bursts of energy!

FAQ #3:Â Do I have to take any extra supplements?
