Below Jason Yun demonstrates a 12 round tabata circuit. The traditional tabata is 20/10 x 8 rounds and is just 1 exercise. This just goes to show the power of intervals and that you don't need to stick to one protocol. You can make it your own. Just changing one variable can result in 100's of different workouts from the same exercises.
