    The following is a journal that I am keeping to track my progress as I attempt to make myself the best version of me. My intent of also blogging it is to show people that being the ultimate healthy version of you does not just mean changing your nutrition and working out.

    There is a lot of other things that go into it. I am not like most other Coaches and Personal Trainers, or nutritionists, or health practitioners out there. I first consider myself a biohacker.

    Definition of a bio-hacking: Do-it-yourself biology, biotechnological social movement in which individuals and small organizations study biology using the same methods as traditional research institutions.

    I recently implemented something in late September that took my health and energy to a whole new level. I used to think I was a 10 in health most days before I started this, now I realize I was probably only around 7-7.5.

    Entry #4 11.4.18

    Was a great day up until dinner. Ate too much. Planning on doing a 5-day fast from Sunday dinner to Friday dinner. So didn’t really feel like doing anything after dinner. Plan was to go back to work, get another grounding session in but not happening.
    Sun: Morning sun about 17:00 735 am
    Another sun session 13:29 with just my kinicki on around 1027 am.
    Then got major cloud cover after my cold tub so more sun.
    Grounding: 4 sessions for 1:06. 
    Cold Tub: 17:27 at 1136 am. Sun shining on me whole time. Was actually shivering in tub for about 1/2 time. 52 degrees.
    Cold shower: 3:43
    Training: Off-day. I have my office set up for little things like pullups, swings and squats throughout the day: 
    Nutrition:
    Macros: 4136 cal, 189 p, 133 c (60 fiber- 73 net), 331 fat)
    Meal 1: Smoothie
    Meal 2: Cheese sandwich
    Meal 3: bacon/cheese burger on keto bun, leftover shirmp/bacon fried rice, keto ice cream
    Mobilizations: Couch stretch
    Meditation/Yoga: None
    Reading: Health and Light, EMF Blog 3, What went down in Vermont-Jack’s linkedin blog. 
    Podcast/Videos: none
