• How to travel and stay healthy and fit

    So physically mentally awesome, my wife is hiding behind me (let’s see if we can see her) there’s a mirror there you could probably see that. Going on our baby moon tomorrow last vacation before the arrival of little Yun and Minnie Yun, so just wanna show you steps that I do to prepare and get to myself ready so 7 day or 8 day will be gone so we’re going on a cruise and we’re going to Disney World.

    So this is the step that I do to stay physically fit and both fitness wise, nutrition wise and in the mind. So burn, burn no matter where you’re going so vacation in no time to take a break from your routine especially not to work out and especially not to eat like crap all day long that’s not an excuse.

    So what we have here first thing is the fitness stuff so I got my bands here or the strings purple, black, green, blue I couldn’t find my light band, purple band work with I think I’m gonna go to the studio tomorrow got to get your choice stuff so I can just attach it to the door and be ready to go with that.

Then we have a cross ball so get a little deeper I’m a professional list with that and I have my voodoo floss from road fitness so I need to make another video on that but I just go to a got some good stuff on that as well so that’s why stay lose and limber and recover from workouts and we got nutritional stuff I made a video before on the food that I eat so I’ll link that video up here but this is the supplements that I will be taking so I got my vita packs here and pm package so 5 different things daily essentials, fish oil, vitamin B and vitamin C and then ageless.
