Needed to post something about a new Yoga company opening up in the Hilliard area. Mat Happy Yoga.
I just found out about them today and am excited to try some of the classes. I looked at their schedule and one of the instructors is actually a former client of mine, and we tried to get a program of hers together with our company, Improvement Warrior Fitness– I've taken a couple classes with her (Cheryl Lemery) and definitely recommend her.
But just wanted to correct them on a statement or image that they put on their website. See below:
Now we have been doing Yoga at Improvement Warrior Fitness since it was even called that– we were doing it when we were Yun Fitness Bootcamps. Our first classes started in September 2012.
Now I don't know if we were the first and I'm not claiming that we are. But Mat Happy Yoga your statement is incorrect.
I'm not making a big beef about it, it doesn't bother me, I wanted to create this post to help drive attention to a new local Hilliard business (hopefully you get some business from this post 🙂
My ultimate goal is to get as many people as possible to try Yoga and find what works best for you. The types of Yoga out there give you a wide variety of choices and really it's ultimately going to depend on the instructor. A Hatha Yoga class can have a total different experience based on who's teaching it.
I started my journey in summer of 2012 and before that would of laughed in your face if you told me I would be doing Yoga everyday, let alone teaching it.
But it is something that truly has changed my life, and I know it will help to change yours.
Hmm is anyone else experiencing problems with the pictures on this blog loading? I’m trying to figure out if its a problem on my end or if it’s the blog. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
