I have already grounded more in March (11.3 days done) then I have in February.
I’ve done 46 sessions for 19:29 in March. Feb I did 82 for 15:19.And that is more then January and December months too. November I had 39+ hours.
I’m actually grounding right now while in my office. I’m using a grounding cord that comes through the front window—WHICH IS OPEN. I posted a video here about why you should ALWAYS open a window. I don’t count my grounding cord sessions as grounding for my official numbers, though.
If you are not familar with grounding:Â
Grounding, also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that âgroundâ or electrically reconnect you to the earth.
This practice relies on earthing science and grounding physics to explain howÂ electrical charges.Â
Basically when you are plugged into the Earth you get electrons from it.
Health or disease can be related to electrons.Â Electrons have a negative charge. Protons have a positve charge. Protons have 1852 x the mass of an electron. Electrons are nearly massless–so it is like free energy.
If you have a disease and you cannot reverse it then you know that you have more protons then electrons.
An indoor life and tech driven life will lead to electron steal syndrome where you cannot replace the electrons faster then you can collect them.
All food breaks down to electrons. Which is why fat, seafood and good animal based proteins should be the bulk of your nutrition plan. Especially now that it is still winter. In Ohio nothing will be in-season until April.
We get about 1/3 of electrons from food and about 2/3 from nature–grounding, the sun, wind, etc……which is why a lot of people who live disconnnected from nature feel the need to eat more carbs—carbs electrons recycle ATP more quickly then other foods so it feels like a quick energy burst, but in the long run it will destroy you. Seasonally eating is what is the best diet.
So get outside and collect those electrons. The best places will be the beach where your feet are actually in the water on the wet sand, then sand, grass/dirt, sidewalk. Pavement does not work.
