• Food and Training Log- Started the Keto 30-Day Cleanse

    Today I started a cleanse challenge but with a Keto twist. You can learn more about the Cleanse Challenge here or by clicking the banner below.

    I have no intention to lose weight on this cleanse, and hopefully will put on some weight. My goal is to cleanse my body of visceral fat– the fat stuck around the organs…this is the worst fat you can have as it causes the most damage and inflammation to the gut and organs.

    Monday 6.29.15

    Meal 1 810 am (wake up time 420 am)

    • 1 oz Ionix Supreme
    • Shake-
      • 2/3 cup Coconut Milk
      • 4 oz almond milk
      • 1 scoop Isalean Shake
      • 1/2 Scoop Isapro protein
      • Salt
      • 3 tbsp EVOO

    Meal 2—- 130 pm

    • ‘Ice Cream'
      • 1/3 cup coconut milk
      • 12 almonds
      • 1 scoop isalean chocolate
      • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
      • 3 tbsp almond butter
      • 2 tbsp coconut oil
      • salt
      • cinnamon

    Meal 3 400 pm

    • 3 eggs
    • 3 tbsp ghee
    • mixed greens and mushrooms and ginger
    • 1 tbsp EVOO

    Meal 4 930 pm 

    • Salad
      • 4 handfuls mixed greens
      • Collards and leeks and mushrooms
      • 4 tbsp EVOO + Mustard + 2 tbsp Ginger vinegar
      • Olives

     

    My training today

      • 4 sets ring dips x 5-7 reps
      • 4 sets pullups using my new rock climbing board
      • Superset
        • Barbell Overhead press
          • 6 x 115, 6 x120, 5 x 125 (+ 1 push press)
          • Same weight for 10 reps each
      • Conditioning
        • Burpees
          • 25 x :55 ( new record)
