• Food and Training Log- Started the Keto 30-Day Cleanse

Columbus and Hilliard Nutritionist and meal plans

Today I started a cleanse challenge but with a Keto twist. You can learn more about the Cleanse Challenge here or by clicking the banner below.

I have no intention to lose weight on this cleanse, and hopefully will put on some weight. My goal is to cleanse my body of visceral fat– the fat stuck around the organs…this is the worst fat you can have as it causes the most damage and inflammation to the gut and organs.

I was just searching for this information for a while. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your site. I wonder what’s the lack of Google strategy that don’t rank this kind of informative websites in top of the list. Usually the top sites are full of garbage.

Iím not that much of a online reader to be honest but your sites really nice, keep it up! I’ll go ahead and bookmark your website to come back later on. All the best

Hello there! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog. Is it very difficult to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions? Many thanks

    5. Hmm it seems like your site ate my first comment (it was super long) so I
guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.

I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything.
Do you have any tips for rookie blog writers?
      I’d genuinely appreciate it.
