Meal 1 730 am
- 2 Keto Pancakes
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 scoop isalean protein shake
- almond flour and flax seed flour
- chia seeds
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp Almond butter
- Cauliflower
- 2.5 oz mixed chicken
Meal 2—- 115 pm
- Chicken Salad
- 6 oz chicken mixed
- handful of almonds- both blended in baby puree machine
- 2.5 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- mustard
- salt
Meal 3 430 pm
- IsaLean Vegan Protein Shake with 3 tbsp EVOO
Meal 4 900 pm-
- 2 bacon
- 2 tbsp bacon grease
- 1 tbsp OCO
- 1 egg
- 1 oz chicken
- 1 chicken liver
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 fried and mashed avocado (this is heaven if you've never tried it)
- mixed veggies- rainbow chard and cabbage
- 5 strawberries
- 2 cherries
