There are two things we have ultimate control over and that is breath and our thoughts. If we let our thoughts get out of whack our breath will get out of whack and vice versa. So we must be in control
T. F. A.R. thoughts, feelings, actions, results! This dictate your life ?. Get control! It's going to take time and practice but you are in this thing called life! And yours is not going to end anytime soon because the ?? needs you to shine today and tomorrow and all this week.??

Sticking with the theme of discipline. Everybody has 24 hours a day to get the things they need to get done. Some people get it done, some donât.

We all have certain priorities that must get done. You need to treat your training and nutrition and other health activities as one of the top 3 priorities.

Remember: health Conscious You, Schedule it and Discipline. IT all ties together. â³
I guarantee you some of the things you are doing are not needed at all. No one is going to die if you donât do them, or if you push them off a week or a month or even a year from now.

You may think that someone is going âto dieâ and it may feel like it at first because you have always done it but it wonât. A busy person makes everything important. However, everything is not equal. There are certain drivers for your life that move the needle forward on everything else in your life. Fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management, sun, breathingâ all the things that make and help you become healthy will drive everything more then anything.

If you lose your health then you will do whatever it takes to get it back. Well, let me re-phrase that because some people wonât do anything. Thatâs not you. Those type of people wouldnât even walk near a program with the title âImprovement Warriorâ on it. They are allergic to improvement.

Again a lot of people have been beaten down by life and now are just waiting to die.

Life can start at anytime. At any age. It doesnât matter how old or how young you are.

On the flip side, life can end at any age. Once you lose your health it can be a slippery slope that many do not recover from. Especially if they go the traditional route with uneducated and improperly trained doctors, trainers, nutritionists, etcâ¦â¦

You have to have your health in order to live fully.

And to have your health you have to dedicate time to your health. Itâs like anything that we loveâ there needs to be maintenance performed on it daily. Some times it requires more maintenance or attention, some times less. What you focus on grows.

Again we all have time. Donât waste it on trivial things. Learn to say to NO.
