    Food log through 7.22.15 – 7.26.15 DAY 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 Isagenix 30-Day Cleanse

    Wednesday 7.22.15

    Meal 1 500 am (wake up 430 am)

    • Shake
      • 2 scoops isalean meal replacement
      • 1 scoop isapro protein
      • 1 tbsp chia seeds
      • 1 tbsp flax seed
      • 1 tbsp OCO
      • 3 tbsp EVOO
      • 1 tsp vanilla extract
      • 1 cup coconut milk

     

     

    Meal 2 1130 am (Post workout)

    • Natural accelerator
    • Ionix Supreme
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 grass fed hot dogs
    • 3 tbso ghee
    • Cabbage, leeks, kale
    • 2 tbsp EVOO

    Meal 3—- 400 pm

    • salad
      • 3 handfuls of kale
      • 1 shredded carrot
      • leeks
      • dressing
        • 1 tbsp balsamic
        • 4 tbsp EVOO
    • 1 can sardines

    Meal 4– 930 pm

    • 2 eggs
    • 3 tbsp ghee
    • 2 tbsp EVOO
    • Cabbage, and kale and leeks

     

     

    My training from Wednesday 7.23.15

      • Yoga :45
    • Squats
      • Speed box squats
        • 6 sets of 2
      • 135 x 5 pause squats
      • 185 x 8 x 2
    • Good mornings
      • 185 x 5 x  3

    Was starting to fill the effects of eating so much cheese over the weekend, and not the good kind of cheese, but the dead. Developed a cold.

    Friday 7.24.15

    Meal 1 500 am (wake up 430 am)

    • Ionix Supreme
    • Shake
      • 3 tbsp EVOO
      • 1 tbsp chia
      • 1 cup coconut milk water
      • 2 handfuls mixed greens
      • 1 scoop isalean protein
      • 1 scoop Isapro
      • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

    Meal 2—- 830 am

    • 2 bacon
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 tbsp ghee
    • cabbage, leeks, kale
    • 1 tbsp EVOO

    Meal 3– 100 pm   

    • Avocado egg and chicken salad
      • 2 eggs
      • 2 oz chicken
      • 2 tbsp butter and EVOO

    Meal 4- 630 pm POst Workout

    • ‘Ice Cream’
      • 1 scoop isalean protein
      • 3 tbsp peanut butter
      • 2 tbsp OCO
    • Ionix Supreme

    Meal 5- 1000 pm 

    • From flipside
      • Bacon burger
        • 3 bacon
        • 7 oz grassfed burger
        • tomato
        • pickle

     

    My training from Friday

      • AMRAP 20:00
        • 3 pullups
        • 5 burpees
        • 5 GHR
        • 5 Goblet Squats
        • 5/5 Kettlebell Snatches- had to stop these 1/2 way through because of tennis elbow acting up.

    Saturday 7.25.15

    Meal 1 830 am (wake up 730 am)

    • Ionix Supreme
    • Shake
      • 3 tbsp EVOO
      • 1 tbsp chia
      • 1 cup coconut milk water
      • 2 handfuls mixed greens
      • 1 scoop isalean protein
      • 1 scoop Isapro
      • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

    Meal 2—- 1130 am

    • Chicken Soup
      • 8 oz bone broth
      • 4 oz chicken
    • 1 avocado

    Meal 3– 200 pm   

    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp OCO
    • cabbage, leeks
    • 2 tbsp EVOO

    Meal 4- 630 pm POst Workout

    • ‘Ice Cream’
      • 1 scoop isalean protein
      • 3 tbsp peanut butter
      • 2 tbsp OCO
    • Ionix Supreme

    Meal 5- 800 pm 

    • Keto Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Pie

      • 2 chicken sausages

    Sunday 7.26.15

    Meal 1 850 am (wake up 800 am)

    • Natural accelerator
    • 2 eggs with 1 oz chicken
    • Chicken organs (unknown)
    • 1 bacon
    • 2 tbsp OCO
    • 3 tbsp Bacon grease
    • Cabbage

    Meal 2—- 1200 pm

    • 2 chocolate  100% pieces
    • 1 oz chicken
    • 4 broccoli
    • 8 oz bone broth

    Meal 3– 245 pm

    • 1/2 cup almonds
    • 3 eggs
    • 3 tbsp lard
    • 2 tbsp EVOO
    • 3 tbsp sauerkraut
    • 2 tbsp sour cream
    • cabbage and kale and spinach and swiss chard

    Meal 4- 800 pm 

    • 1 cup of Buffalo Bone Broth
    • 2 coconut flour pancakes with chia and protein powder and 2 eggs and almond milk
    • 3 tbsp cream cheese
    • Kale salad
      • mushrooms
      • 3 tbsp evoo
      • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

      I do not know if it’s just me or if everybody else experiencing issues with your site. It seems like some of the text within your content are running off the screen. Can someone else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them as well? This could be a problem with my internet browser because I’ve had this happen before. Appreciate it
