Deep Squat:1,1,1,3,1,3,3,1 at the beginning of the exercise the femur was above parallel. The other score of 1 the arms were not parallel with the tibia. score of 3 came with heels being on the board and one not on the board.
Hurdle: 3,3,2,1,1,1,1,1 since 3 was score first their would not have been a need to keep going. 2 was scored do to a slight twist and lumbar movement. 1’s were scored because major hip twist and rotation, loss of balance, looking at feet and kicking over the test apparatus.
Lunge:3,2,1,1,1,1,3,1. 3 was scored first so test would have stopped. 1’s were scored due to bending forward, backwards, swaying, loss of balance almost falling.
Shoulder Mobility:1,1 he was measured at 7 1/2, his score on Right arm on top and left on bottom was about 10 inches and it was the same for left over right.
ASLR:2,3,1,1,1. 1’s were scored because he began to twist the leg that was performing the test; and compensating with the other leg.
Trunk Stability/Pushup:3,3,3,2,1,1,1,2,2,1,1,1. Test would have stopped with the score of 3. 2’s and 1’s were scored he needed to reset instead of doing reps. Also the 1’s due to rounded back, upper body rose before lower instead of simultaneously.
Rotary Stability:1,1,1,1,2,1,2,1,3,2. 1’s were scored due to major loss of balance, elbow to knee did not touch. 3 was scored on the cross-body elbow to knee, but on the second received a 2 because the elbow did not touch the knee it touched the upper thigh.
