    Food log through 7.7.15- DAY 9: 30-Day Cleanse

    7.7 Tuesday

    Meal 1 855 am (wake up 709 am)

    • Natural Fat Burner accelerator
    • 1.5 oz cheese
      • 2 tbsp butter
    • ‘Ice Cream’
      • 1tbsp coconut flour
      • 4 tbsp almond butter
      • 2 tbsp coconut oil
      • 1 scoop grass-fed meal replacement protein
      • 1/2 scoop grass-fed whey protein
      • salt and spices

    Meal 2—- 1230

    • Ionix
    • natural fat burner accelerator
    • salad
      • 3 handfuls of kale, spinach, swiss chard
      • 2/3 cup olives
      • 3 tbsp EVOO, 2 tbsp vinegar, mustard
      • can sardines

    Meal 3– 400 pm 

    • 3 eggs
    • 3 tbsp ghee
    • 1 tbsp EVOO
    • Cabbage, rainbow chard, parsley, mushroom, ginger

    Meal 4- 1115 pm Post Workout

    • ‘Ice Cream’
      • Strawberry grass-fed meal replacement 1 scoop
      • 1 cup coconut milk
      • 1 tbsp coconut flour
      • 3 tbsp peanut butter
      • 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
